This policy explains what information Fynaio collects when you visit, how it is used and how long it is kept. In short: Fynaio has no visitor accounts, sets no cookies for visitors, uses no analytics or advertising tools, and its calculators keep what you type inside your browser.
Who runs this website

Calculators and templates
The numbers you enter into Fynaio’s tools are processed by your own browser. They are not sent to Fynaio’s server, not stored, and not added to the page address. Spreadsheet downloads are created on your device. When you close or reload the page, your entries are gone.
Server logs
Like most websites, Fynaio’s web server records basic details of each page request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the page that linked to it and your browser type. These logs are used only to keep the site secure and working, are not used to build profiles, and are deleted automatically after about 14 days. Requests for images, styles and scripts are not logged.
If you email Fynaio, your address and message are used only to reply and to fix any problem you report. The mailbox is provided by Google (Gmail), so Google processes those messages under its own terms. Messages are deleted when they are no longer needed for that purpose.
Cookies
Fynaio does not set cookies for visitors. WordPress, the software that runs the site, sets cookies only when the site’s administrator logs in. If this changes, for example if advertising or analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated before they are used.
Security and backups
To protect the administrator login, the site records the IP address of failed login attempts to block repeated guessing. Visitors who do not try to log in are not affected. Regular backups of the site’s database are kept on the server for recovery; they contain site content and these security records, not your calculator entries.
Service providers and other websites
Fynaio runs on a server rented from Contabo GmbH. Pages do not load content from other websites. Guides link to official sources such as government agencies; when you follow a link, that website’s own privacy policy applies.
